Pieces in stock will normally be shipped within one or two working days - We will contact you as soon as possible on receipt of your order to advise shipping date and will contact you with tracking details when your order has been shipped.
If you have a delivery deadline please let us know in the customisation box on the product page and we will do our best to meet it.
Delivery times vary for pieces made to order; lead times for special commissions are approximately eight weeks but many orders are completed more quickly.
We will deliver your jewellery to the address you specify in your order, so please ensure the address you give us is accurate.

We use end-to-end tracked shipping services to send all our orders.
UK Special Delivery charge is £20
International Delivery via Federal Express is £145
Please note that you will be responsible for any duty or taxes payable in the destination country.
