‘Tis the season of giving, and this year, we’re delighted to announce a special late-night shopping evening that promises to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people facing mental health challenges.
Join us in our Chiltern Street boutique on Thursday 23rd November from 4:30-7:30pm, to discover our latest contemporary treasures made from ethical gold and gemstones, and enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.
Artist-made glass baubles
For the occasion, we will be showcasing the brilliant work of glass maker Clare Wilson with an installation of her artisanal hand-blown Christmas baubles. Known for her unique and intricate designs, Clare’s work is a true reflection of the joy and beauty of the holiday season. She has created a unique set of designs especially for our window display.
Available for purchase exclusively for our customers, all proceeds will be donated directly to Papyrus, a charity dedicated to supporting young people who are struggling with mental health issues and preventing young suicide.
Supporting the work of Papyrus
By participating in our late-night shopping event, you’re not just taking home a piece of art, you’re helping us make a positive impact on the lives of those facing mental health challenges this Christmas.
As a charity organisation, Papyrus provides vital services for suicide prevention and mental health support for young people, including helpline support, outreach programmes and educational resources aimed at raising awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Though we hope the festive period is a joyous experience for all, we recognise that for many it can also be a difficult time. By supporting Papyrus, we wish to help every young person feel heard, supported and hopeful about their future.
Clare’s work will be on sale throughout December and we will be accepting additional donations for Papyrus on behalf of our customers during this time as well. Additional donations can be made via our JustGiving page.
A Chiltern Street Christmas
The street will be very festive with special late night openings among our neighbours, and a roaming Christmas choir singing beautiful Christmas carols for all to enjoy.
Join us for a night of festive cheer, beautiful artwork, and the joy of giving. Let’s come together and spread the magic of the season to those who need it most. We’ll see you there!
