Please note that pieces made to order are not returnable, nor are pieces that have been engraved or adjusted on request.
Online Return Policy
Items purchased from our collection online should be returned within 14 days for a full refund to us at:

You are responsible for your goods until they are safely received by us and we recommend you use a tracked and insured shipping service.
Please also be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning your item and that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will endeavour to process your refund within one or two working days although at busier times it may take a little longer. If you have not received your refund after 14 days please contact us.
All refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.
In-Store Return Policy
Items purchased from our in-store collections can be returned within 30 days of sale for exchange or for a credit note which will be valid for six months from date of issue.
This does not apply to pieces made to order, which are not returnable.
Goods may only be returned on condition that they are unworn, in the same condition that they were purchased and in the original packaging.
An engagement ring purchased to be presented as a surprise may be returned for a refund within seven days of purchase subject to the above terms, provided it is returned by the purchaser with the original receipt.
Items purchased after 1st December as Christmas gifts can be returned until 28th January.
